Kaylob's Sneak Peek

Kaylob is a five year old puggle who loves the beach... but not the water! He just loves the squishy sand between his toes! I got to meet Kaylob and his mom for a photo session last weekend. Here they are!

Berkley's Sneak Peek!

I got to spend Saturday afternoon with Berkley and his pawrents this weekend! Berkley is a lively and fun 2 year old black lab whose mom and dad love him very much! He's also very handsome as you can see!

Flopsy and Mopsy's Sneak Peek!

I had a second photo session last weekend, Flopsy and Mopsy! They are seriously adorable and there were so many cute photos! Here are a few of my favorites!

My favorite breed

is Rescued.

Working for the National Park Service, I see a lot of abandoned pets. Many of us here have pets that were found within the park. I have found homes for others. And yet others wind up in shelters or who knows what else considering that there is an abundance of wildlife in this area including rattlesnakes, hawks, foxes, etc.

Last night someone tied this little guy up to the entrance gate and left him.


LOOK at that face! He is a total sweetheart too! One of my coworkers took him in to the vet where he got a pill to take care of the plethora of fleas eating him up. And he is going to take him home with the hope that his girlfriend will let "Rosco" become their third dog (one of who came from here as well). Good thing... or I might have been tempted myself. He looks like baby Max! Max came from the park too...



Seriously, I wish people would love and take care of their pets. I really don't understand dumping. If you can't take care of your animal, then at the very least, take them to a shelter where they will be safe and have a chance of finding a home.
I know I'm preaching to the choir...

Titan's Sneak Peek!

Titan is a gorgeous (almost) 3 year old Doberman who I got to meet and photograph this weekend. I had never been to Alpine Groves Park in Switzerland but it definitely lived up to the wonderful things I had heard about it!

Introducing Titan!


What's that you say? He doesn't look like any Dobie you've ever seen? That's because he's an albino Doberman, which is very rare... but quite beautiful in my opinion!


Titan is such a good boy with his new little sister. She's only 3 months old and already has her own pony/dog!

Titan was amazing! He is like a squirrel, climbing up on trees and posing!


Look at that majestic stance! His dad said this was a magazine cover shot... I think so too! : )

And just so you don't think we spent the whole time posing... we did some playing and treat eating too!


I have to close with my favorite kind of shot... the nose! Titan has that fabulous pink nose and he wants to show me!


My husband always says that someday he wants a Dobie... now I want one that looks like Titan! : )

Maybelle's Sneak Peek

I had the honor of meeting Maybelle this past weekend. She is gorgeous and super sweet as well! I truly had a hard time picking just a few photos for her sneak peek...

This was her "spot". A sandy patch in the driveway... I'm sure it was nice and cool there. She certainly looks comfy!

But then she looks pretty comfy out in the yard too!

After a bit, we walked just one door down to a creek with frogs! What a beautiful area to live near... and what fun for Maybelle to look for frogs too!

After the creek, and a water break at home, we drove over to Fishweir Park.
She seemed to enjoy the ride!


The park was nice with wide open spaces and big trees! Maybelle definitely had a nice time there too!


And finally home again, to relax on the couch after a long morning of modeling!

Foxy Roxy and Razzle Dazzle

Rox and Raz are beautiful kitties who came into their mom's life when she needed them most and they needed her as well! They actually live in Tennessee but spend summers with mom and their grandparents in Jacksonville.

Mom is a vegan and the kitties normally also follow the rules but their grandparents like to spoil them (of course!). Here we see Roxy's reaction to the opened can of salmon and shrimp wet cat food!


And posing pretty. I love her beautiful tortoiseshell coloring!


Raz liked to be petted but was not thrilled with my camera. We hung out for awhile and she finally relaxed enough to let me get this pretty shot of her looking out the screened patio. Check out the tufts of fur on the tips of her ears... fabulous!


She is really a gorgeous kitty, like her sister!
